Returns

The term for returns is 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

The amount will be refunded using the original payment method used for the purchase. This can take 5 – 7 business days.

1. The return form must always be returned with the articles, accessoires and original packaging.
2. The items must be unworn and unwashed.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition with all Nintai tags attached.

If this is not the case, we will not accept this product and we cannot refund the purchase.

All products can only be returned to our warehouse, we don’t exchange products.

If you wish to receive a different product, simply place a new order.

Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.

How to return an item?

1. Please fill out the return form and add it to your package
2. We advise you to return your package to your local post office
3. Be aware that all responsible return costs apply to the customer
